1. Do you make sheet cakes? Um, no.
2. How much notice for special orders? Generally speaking, we need at
least 48 hours please. Call to inquire.
3. Do you deliver? Yes. Fees range from $25 and up depending on location.
4. Do you have expresso? No, but we do we have espresso. (Sorry...it's a pet peeve)
5. Do you do "custom cakes?" Yes and No. "Yes" to custom designs, but "No" to
custom flavors or recipes.
6. Do you make vegan desserts? Just one vegan cookie at the moment. We are
experimenting with other things and will keep you
posted.
7. Do you make low or no sugar desserts? Not yet.
8. Do you make anything gluten free? Yes. Click Here
9. Do you use organic ingredients? Yes, whenever possible. We always use organic
flour, sugar, eggs & dairy products. Our meats
are grass fed, free range, nitrate & nitrite free.
10. Is "Layers" your last name? Um, no. (People really do ask that)
11. Where are you located? The Cafe is located at 665 S. Green Valley Pkwy.,
Suite 100 in Henderson, NV 89052. Our cross streets
are Horizon Ridge and Green Valley Pkwy, in the
Target / Staples / Petco Plaza.
12. Are you hiring? Possibly. We are always looking for responsible people with
good cooking, baking and people skills for consideration. Send
