| We stock an assortment of SAME DAY CAKES (typically 6" and 8" sizes) in our bakery case everyday, however, please order at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee a specific size and flavor. Our cakes are made from scratch and filled and frosted by hand. We use only all natural ingredients including organic butter, heavy cream, flour, sugar, very high quality (and expensive) vanilla and cocoa. Our fruit fillings are made the old fashioned way and cooked down, often times with liqueurs. Our frostings and mousse fillings are made from scratch as well. They vary in texture and sweetness and range from American style butter creams to poured ganaches. |

| GOLDEN NUGGET FORTUNE CAKE This rich yellow cake can best be described as a dense, blond brownie cake with chocolate chips. It's layered with chocolate mousse and frosted with a golden caramel meringue butter cream. Hidden inside you'll find a chocolate truffle wrapped in gold foil meant to bring good luck to whomever finds it. A puddle of home made caramel sits on top. |

This list changes twice a year based on the seasonality of ingredients we use. In general though, if you don't see it listed here, we're not offering it at this time. These cake flavor combinations are specifically designed to be amazing together and for that reason, we do not honor requests to change fillings, frostings or cake flavors. |
