| We stock an assortment of SAME DAY CAKES (typically 6" and 8" sizes) in our bakery case everyday, however, please order at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee a specific size and flavor. Our cakes are made from scratch and filled and frosted by hand. We use only all natural ingredients including organic butter, heavy cream, flour, sugar, very high quality (and expensive) vanilla and cocoa. Our fruit fillings are made the old fashioned way and cooked down, often times with liqueurs. Our frostings and mousse fillings are made from scratch as well. They vary in texture and sweetness and range from American to European style butter creams. |
